The TCM technique

Massage, also known as Tuina, is a traditional Chinese medical technique which involves applying pressure to the body using a combination of hands, elbows, and feet. It is designed to promote healing and relaxation. Chinese massage is believed to help improve the flow of energy throughout the body, releasing tension and restoring balance to the body’s systems.
